SUMMER / FALL SCHEDULE TIMELINE |

August |
Review Summer/Fall Schedule, Executive Dean of Academic Studies meets with appropriate Deans regarding Summer/Fall unique programs/offerings for all locations. |
|
Mid-October |
Draft Summer/Fall Schedule to Deans for staffing. Roll/build Summer/Fall schedule in the college's curriculum management system after confirming dates for the term have been set by the Registrar's office. |

Late November |
Draft Summer/Fall schedule to Department Chairs/faculty |
|
Late January |
Final section adjustments based on enrollment projections. Submit Summer/Fall schedule to Vice President of Academic Affairs and Vice President of Student Success. |

Late February |
Registrar's office confirms correct Start, End, and Census dates are on all sub-term courses. Executive Dean of Academic Studies informs Registrar's office of any new sub-term courses built prior to close of registration. |
|
Mid-March |
Executive Dean of Academic Studies notifies Institutional Research and Effectiveness (IRE), Advising, and Marketing that the Summer and Fall schedules are ready to go live. |

Early April |
Summer/Fall early registration begins. |

Review Spring Schedule. Executive Dean of Academic Studies meets with appropriate Deans regarding Spring unique programs/offerings for all locations. |
