Libraries Signage Policy
The Navarro College Libraries maintain an academic environment that supports research, study, and learning. To preserve this environment, rules are in place for non-library visual communications such as event posters, flyers, signs, and advertisements.
Policy Overview

Posting of non-library notices (including posters, notes, announcements, flyers, advertisements, signs, banners, etc.)is not permitted in the public areas or on the exterior surfaces of the Richard M. Sanchez Library.

Notices posted in unauthorized areas will be removed by staff.

Only college-approved materials may be posted, and these must be placed on the designated community bulletin boards inside the library.
Public Areas Where Posting is Not Allowed
Public areas include, but are not limited to:

Study rooms and seminar rooms

Lobbies and hallways

Doors, elevators, stairwells

Windows and restrooms

Book stacks, tables and the building entrances
Exterior Surfaces Where Posting is Not Allowed

College-approved posters, flyers, and similar materials may be posted on the library's community bulletin boards.
