Before you move to campus, it is important to make a list of valuable personal items. This ensures that in the event of loss, theft, or damage, you have the necessary information to file an insurance claim or work with the police.

The student is responsible for the care and safety of his or her own personal property.

The College will not be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for loss of and/or damage to the personal property of individual.

In the event of damage or loss of property, it is helpful to record an inventory of your personal items. We recommend that you inventory your items as they are packed and organized for your move to campus.

Safety Tips:
Always lock doors and windows; remember if they are not functioning correctly, please contact your Area Coordinator.

Consider securing your items with a lock, a cable lock, or other devices.

Store valuable items out of sight.
