Personal Property Inventory Form

Before you move to campus, make a list of valuable personal items so that in the event of loss, theft, or damage, you have the information you need to file an insurance claim or work with the police. We have two types of forms available in paper (PDF) and online (see below).

Please choose one version to complete.

1. You may print out the Personal Property Inventory Form to document the necessary information in a hard-copy form and deliver it to the Department of Residence Life Office or
 
2. You may choose to complete an online version below in which you will get a digital copy sent to the email address you indicated on the form.

 

 

ONLINE PERSONAL PROPERTY INVENTORY FORM

The student is responsible for the care and safety of his or her own personal property.

The College will not be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for loss of and/or damage to the personal property of individual.

In the event of damage or loss of property, it is helpful to record an inventory of your personal items. We recommend that you inventory your items as they are packed and organized for your move to campus.

Safety Tips:
Always lock doors and windows; remember if they are not functioning correctly, please contact your Area Coordinator.

Consider securing your items with a lock, a cable lock, or other devices.

Store valuable items out of sight.
