Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP)
Rise Launch is a 16-week voluntary program with one hour sessions weekly. Rise Launch is designed for first time in college students, or students who have come back after a long break. Each session will cover topics like College 101, identity, adaptability, and resilience. The sessions will be full of hands on activities and engaging student led discussions. All locations will have sessions available, including online.
Spots are limited and sign ups will conclude after the first week of the semester! If you're interested in attending, go ahead and sign up for the Rise Launch program. If you are selected to participate in the program, you will receive an email before the semester starts letting you know the session time and day you’ve been assigned to based on the preferences you indicate in the sign up.
A Quality Enhancement Plan is a long-term, college-wide project focused on the improvement, enrichment, and enhancement of the student learning experience – and a major part of our reaffirmation process through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), a regional accreditation agency for higher education institutions in the Southern states.
