The Navarro College Strategic Plan is the institution's strategic planning framework that identifies major priorities, new initiatives, and key goals that will serve as a guide to deliver transformative outcomes through 2031. The 2021-2031 Strategic Plan is a result of a comprehensive years-long process that started in Fall 2018 and involved 36 focus groups, totaling 365 participants, including students, faculty, staff, administrators, service area ISDs, and local community business and industry partners.
