All registered Navarro College students receive a personal e-mail account through WebMail. To access your account for the first time, please use the following steps:

1. Type http://mail.navarrocollege.edu in the address bar of your browser.
2. Your WebMail address is formatted as follows: FirstName.LastName@navarrocollege.edu (for example, John Smith's WebMail address is John.Smith@navarrocollege.edu).
3. If you have a space or apostrophe in your name, drop the space or special character and link the two pieces (for example, Jim Bob Smith's WebMail address is JimBob.Smith@navarrocollege.edu; Jackee’ Hudson's WebMail address is Jackee.Hudson@navarrocollege.edu).
4. If your name has a suffix, such as Jr. or III, the suffix will be dropped (for example, John Smith III's WebMail address is John.Smith@navarrocollege.edu).
5. Your WebMail password for accessing the account for the first time is your six-digit date of birth (MMDDYY).  NOTE: For security purposes, it is strongly recomended that you change your password when you first login. 

Please note: 

1. Student accounts are limited to 25 MB of storage space.  Once the storage space is exceeded, you will no longer be able to receive or send messages.  To keep this from happening, delete messages both from your inbox and your trash bin.
2. Inactive email accounts are occasionally deleted in order to make room for new students.  Please login to your email often to avoid having your email account deleted. 
3. Navarro College will NEVER request that you send your username and password over email in order to keep your account active.  Please do not respond to any email that comes requesting your username and password.
