Navarro College shall permit student solicitation in or on premises owned or controlled by the College District only if the solicitation a) does not violate federal or state statute or the Navarro College Student Code of Conduct, b) is pre-approved by administration, and c) does not disrupt the normal operations of the College including, but not limited to, classes and College business nor invades the rights of others.

As used in this policy, “student solicitation” shall mean the sale or offer for sale of any property or service, whether for immediate or future delivery, or the receipt of or request for any gift or contribution by a student or registered student organization.
