AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT

Policy


AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT


All employees of the college not issued an employment contract are employed under the employment-at-will doctrine according to state law.


TERMINATION OF AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT


An at-will-employee or Navarro College may terminate the employment relationship, for any reason or for no reason, at any time with or without notice, regardless of the length of employment or the granting of benefits of any kind, including but not limited to benefits which provide for vesting based on length of employment.
